2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Wi-Fi service, you agree to: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your use of our services. Accept the pricing and billing structure as set forth by JOYMAXISP SOLUTIONS. Provide accurate and up-to-date information as required by the System.

3. Service Usage

The service is provided for general internet access. However, specific conditions, such as time limits, data quotas, bandwidth, and pricing, may apply, as set by JOYMAXISP SOLUTIONS. Data Limits: Users are subject to data consumption limits, including but not limited to download quotas, upload/download speeds, and session time limits, as outlined in the Service plan chosen. Network Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Wi-Fi service. Network downtime due to maintenance, outages, or unforeseen events may occur. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such interruptions.

4. Account Registration and Access

To use the Service, you may be required to register an account with us and provide certain personal and billing information, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. Voucher Codes: Access to the service may be granted via a voucher code, which is required to authenticate your session. Account Management: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.

5. Billing and Payment

Pricing Structure: Our pricing for Wi-Fi services is based on the selected plan and may include charges for time, data usage, bandwidth limits, or additional services as outlined in the pricing table. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via the available payment methods, which may include credit cards, online payment systems, or other methods provided by JOYMAXISP SOLUTIONS. Automatic Billing: Depending on the plan you select, you may be automatically billed at the end of each billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your account for all services used in accordance with the plan you select. Refunds and Cancellations: We do not offer refunds once a session has started. However, if there is an issue with your service, such as network failure or incorrect billing, please contact our support team, and we will work to resolve the issue. Late Payment and Penalties: If a payment is not made by the due date, your access may be suspended until payment is received. JOYMAXISP SOLUTIONS reserves the right to charge late fees or additional penalties for overdue payments.

6. Service Restrictions

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to infringe on intellectual property rights or engage in harmful activities that violate applicable laws. Compliance with Law: You agree to comply with all relevant local, national, and international laws regarding the use of our services, including copyright and data protection laws.

8. Privacy and Data Security

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, store, and use your personal information, is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Personal Data: By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for purposes related to providing the Wi-Fi service, processing payments, and improving the service. Data Storage: Your data, including billing information, usage history, and session data, may be stored and used by JOYMAXISP SOLUTIONS for the duration of your service use and in accordance with our data retention policies. 9. Service Termination

Any outstanding charges or fees will remain due at the time of termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JOYMAXISP SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or expenses arising out of: Disruptions or interruptions to the service Unauthorized access to user accounts or data Loss of data or damage to devices Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our service

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JOYMAXISP SOLUTIONS, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the service, including any violation of these Terms.
